This was The City Car of 1902 with a top speed of 28mph. Now this James and Browne potters around London at an average speed of 12mph, and a helping hand from Engineering students at Imperial College.

Stewart, this car is often in Hyde Park. The students who drive it are based in Imperial College just South of the Park.
