roel1943 says: Very nice and gentle movie with very nice music too
Another Tony says: Hi Roel, thanks for the comment. The music is the key component in giving these photomovies some form of narrative. I made this one a couple of years ago in December 2004, amazing how time flies.
castleblue says: I like this particular one, with the rain slide show more than you can know... "PERFECT" even if you weren't a friend I'd put it in caps all the way!
Black Dust a.k.a. odonbd says: Nice picture, almost an abstract painting. Again, I will see the photomovie later. (This Cyber Cafe never have Quicktime installed on computers.)
Another Tony says: Greg, thanks very much for that. This is one of the early 'slide show movies' - at the time I was thinking of just making minimalist pictues - still pictures with minimal movement and sound in them. I may go back to this idea.
Another Tony says: Hi Odon, thanks. We have the same problem with some of our cybercafes and libraries not installing Quicktime. I think the Microsoft Windows IT people tend to be less inclined towards installing Apple's Quicktime. Hope you enjoy the photomovie later.
clifsnap10 says: Do you ever do a reject photomovie? This one is good as always, you can tell the piano is no software imitation...
Black Dust a.k.a. odonbd says: Oh, now, I see it. Very soft piano and relaxing, no rush, here. At first, I thought an acoustic guitar. And some very nice images.
Another Tony says: Cliff, maybe all the photomovies become rejects - until they're recycled.
Another great track from Cuban pianist Omar Sosa weaves these individual images into a filmic moment.
Another Tony says: Odon, this is my favourite track from the Ayaguna album .. I was listening to this album as the rains began, and I was inspired to make the pics and put the photomovie together - it probably all happened in an hour.
