Here's some notes from our last meet :-

'Nothing Happens Until Something Moves'
- a conversation about 'Doing' and 'Making' and the idea of 'Learning' ensues;
Cliff came up with the quote from Albert Einstein.
we talk of how learning to make things helps us build confidence and self-esteem ... and 'art'? - and that's a long discussion; historical, political, social; and what of 'photography', making photographs.

So what shall we 'Do' and 'Make'?
Next session we're each bringing along an old photograph. In the session we'll write something about the photo, talk about it, sub-edit the writing, and put the photo and writing together to 'Make' a new meaning. Maybe this exercise will help us learn to recognise and develop another facet of our thinking and writing skills!
